My Requests Tab

• You can view any requests you have submitted by clicking on the My Requests tab.
• On the My Requests page you will see up-to-date information on any requests you have entered into the system including the current Status, Location/Equipment, and Action Taken notes. *Note: The information on this page is view-only and cannot be modified.
• Use the filters to the right of the list to filter by Search Description, Status, Location/Equipment, or Project.
• If you need to submit a new request, click the Create New Request button.
